November theory 2nd anniversary
I'm just speculating here, but with R2 at the end of October, does that mean we could probably expect CLS to make an appearance in November for the anniversary. Just a thought. :3

We got 30 shards less from the Marquee event due to the removal of Tier IV. So I wouldn’t expect they will prepare any good surprises.
