1. Yoda - wisest of all the Jedi Council trained almost all Master's on Council or influenced their training; And will you will say he lost to Sidious I would disagree; he didn't lose just like he didn't lose to Dooku they were draws - Master Yoda used the Force for defense never for attack so while it could be said he wasn't the best with the lightsaber, he used the force the best and he's best All-Around Jedi.
2. Anakin Skywalker - (The Chosen One) Most may say Mace or Obi-Wan but I have to disagree; the youngest to ever be a Master; was able to conduct missions on his own by this early teenage years and as Obi-Wan Kenobi had explained saved Obi-Wan more times than he can count in battle. (I remind you winning a lightsaber isn't the only way to be the "best of") Lost to Obi-Wan, defeated Dooku
*** defeated Emperor Palpatine *** he saved Luke Skywalker period!
3. Obi - Wan Kenobi - quite possibly the greatest Jedi swordsman; defeated the Jedi killer Grievous, took down Lord Vader after his immediate turn, defeated Darth Maul, and was knocked out by Dooku (see Yoda) was the Master to the Chosen One and the spiritual mentor to his son Luke Skywalker; Obi-Wan connected generations of Skywalkers he's the link - it could be said he beat Vader twice (Episode III and Episode VI)
Honorable Mention: Mace Windu & Luke Skywalker
