Odd Revan Mirror Match Interaction
I’ve been confused about this lately and I’m hoping someone can help explain this to me. In arena, I’ve been playing a typical Jedi Revan team (Revan, GMY, Bastila, GK, and Jolee) and at my rank it’s all mirror matches. I typically select opponents that have slower Revans than mine so that I can go for.
The weird interaction that my Revan goes first but their Revan takes 2 actions before my Revan gets a second. This has happened twice so far today.
I paid more attention this last encounter and here’s what I remember:
My Revan’s speed = 290 prior to in match bonuses (fastest toon or either team)
Their Revan’s speed = 278 (second fastest toon)
I start by marking GMY (nearly kill him), my GMY goes next and leaps to kill theirs, mine then gets another turn and uses his basic. Now their GMY uses his basic. Their Revan marks my GMY and reverses what I did earlier. This part was all expected.
So after all toons take a turn, and the GMY’s take their many turns, the opposing Revan takes a second turn. How does this happen?
The only TM gain or loss that I see is GMY’s special and Bastila’s battle meditation. Their GMY didn’t use his special on Revan. And both Bastila’s should have provided an equal 6% TM. Since both Bastila’s took turns before either Revan got close to 100%, I don’t expect a situation where both 100% at the same time.
What am I missing?
