Offense and Speed Mod Challenge Difficulty

I still have to do Offense and I don't see much clues about FO team here.

I use Poe unless I try to start very quickly and the game auto places Rey as lead -_- , but I don't count those runs anyways. I've decked them out with all the health and prot mods I can give, but I can't see how to do t without substantial gearing.
