Officer tools for Raids

Question

Officer tools for TB are amazing! Please these features to Raids. So officers could prohibit or enforce engagement in different phases according to the raid rules. And the new statistic window which will contain overall player's input in a raid, rouge one actions and input in each phase.

Devs, please add these tools to raids!

Agree with both too. High level players soloing low leveleaids or 3 high level players that dont listen farming away the heroic raid are annoying

Agreed.  Also, while HPit and HAAT are kind of old - the NEXT real raid will happen at some point - we'll want it for that - may as well try and roll in the officer tools now :)
