Guys, just a quick question, is Old Ben taunt through Fracture intentional or a bug..??

From how his ability reads, it doesn't go through fracture, it is dispelled when the attack hits, which prompts it to reapply. Then fracture is applied.
This is an oddity of the order of operations, but does seem to be wai, as this was in the first gif of his ability that they showed us.
