Old Ben Taunt through Fracture Intentional..?

He doesn't Taunt through Fracture. The mechanic goes as follow :

• Old Ben is Taunting
  
• Thrawn uses Fracture - first step is dispelling the buffs
  
• Old Ben gains Taunt on losing it (zeta on Devoted Protector)
  
• Thrawn applies Fracture
  

This is WAI.

And moved to Strategy, since it's not a bug.

If you mean whether it was meant to be a counter to fracture then I would guess yes... yes it was an intentional counter. Imo anyway.

Do we know for sure though this is truly "intended"? Has a dev actually stated it's supposed to be that way - just thinking this could be something that gets changed later possibly.

If I remember correctly, a Dev has said so, but I don't remember where.
