I would say 6 and 7are the most important. Farming characters takes wayyyy too long even if you use crystals for shards. I’m farming captain Han Solo (who is a mediocre character) and it takes 16 cantina energy a pop and combined with the drop rate it feels like I’m never gonna 7* him. They should increase the drop rate for character shards. Like they really, really need to do this.
Number 7 - I couldn’t agree more. There are so many people who are willing to spend a lot of time on this game. Making it more playable would exponentially increase the quality of the game more so than a couple of characters every few months. There is a low cost mobile game I play and I spend hours on it. It’s not nearly as complicated and doesn’t generate a fraction of the revenue this game does, but I play it much more because well you can actually play it anytime you want. I’m hoping galactic challenges are the beginning of a more playable game. This ties in with your second point as well. I think this is the aspect of the game that needs the most focus/improvement.
Your other points are valid as well in my opinion
