Orbital Bombardment special ability doing no damage

Just finished the BH portion of the Dark Side territory battle. I always save the special "orbital bombardment" for opportune moments, but when I used it, it literally did zero damage to the enemy tea...

Oh good I though I was using the wrong toon to trigger the attacks. Seems the AT AT would only damage one that was targeted and orbital did nothing.
