The central point of this entire thread is that this:

We were told in advance which teams will be raid-eligible. There was a bonus drop event for the new Bad Batch. Many JV are repeats from the Naboo raid, which means if you had them built up for the previous raid, you have them available for O66.
I am annoyed by the decision to release the raid when not all of the new Clones are even farmable yet, or announcing a raid faction that won't be released until the raid is halfway through its lifetime, but saying--as you did--the the raid is whale-only is false and stupid.
No, it's not. After saying one of the squads wouldn't be used (I don;t remember which), CG turned around and said "Surprise, they actually ARE going to be a part of the raid". We can't use Lord Vader, even though he's literally the central figure of Order 66. We're stuck with this and that teams that are brand new and inaccessible for the F2P who aren't so far at the top they may as well be a whale anyway.
