What happened to the original "vanilla" TW. Remember that first order, bounty hunters and resistance had bonuses? That was the original "vanilla" TW.

I understand that. CG/EA was calling it the vanilla TW, but there really was never a vanilla TW until the recent events. Those factions had buffs until the end of 2018.
