As for " don't repeat it" that's how things get noticed and attended to, when enough people say " hey, this wasn't your brightest move". God forbid a product is criticized for poor design, right? I mean heck, let's just store the bleach and the ammonia in two similar buckets next to each other on a loose surface too while we're at it. We wouldn't want to appear to be too PC, right? Finally, " Too PC" was never an excuse to throw logic and reason out the window when a point is raised. It's not going to a " safe place" to raise logical, viable concerns when 80 + man hours of concerted efforts go to waste because the designer couldn't be bothered to use foresight.
