I have opened also a bug report for this.
I have read also that OTHER players also complained about that.
It s very UNFAIR.

Are you absoloutely sure, that you have read its kit? If you are, then you must have misunderstood the part where it says, that HT gains turnmeter, when another ally is hit. I'm quite sure, that if you hit HT only, all your 3 ships will move before the enemy HT does (unless it gaons bonus TM in some other way).
