Lando is GREAT against phoenix. Just do one of two things (or both)
1. Kill Kanan before using Lando AoE, so no counter
2. Taunt with STH and watch all those counter-attacks morph inti insane TM for your team.
DPS teams that DO NOT DEBUFF will crush Phoenix.
