Overwhelmed by the constant release of new characters

The momentum of this game is driving me crazy. Constant events, new characters constantly being released. I have no credits left as I am constantly trying to keep up with the game. Trying to comple...

Speed mods are useless, gaining 10% of you max speed is pointless. You'd rather go on other mods that provides something useful (critical damages/chances, potency/tenacity, attack or health) because speed or defense are not worthless.
Speed should only be secondary on Arrow and on mod if you have luck !
