Considering the difficulty jump on Chewie and 3P0 tier 5 from 4 I would disagree with this. Any old Seps will beat the first 4 though. I predict a bigger difficulty jump relative to the power of the overall event from tier 4 to 5(unlocking) than from 5 to 6.
