Palpatine is broken
Guaranteed to stun at least 3/4 of your squad if he gets to attack. Absolutely overpowered leader ability. Can basically solo 100-0 your team. How is this balanced even a little?

I love seeing EP in the arena. I one-shot him with Wiggs and the fight is over. Not even remotely close to overpowered.
