So I test out Palp last night..... First match up against an Old Ben team. Palp is 165 speed right now and didn't land too manny stuns, which was fine, 70% chance leaves room for it to miss, ,BUT then Old Ben does mind trick..... Lands offense down and ability block across the board. Now, my roster was between 32-42% tenacity. Old Ben was 44% potency. IF he lost the 32% potency as he should have landing the debuffs across the board would have been impossible.

Am I missing something here?

AI boost guarantees Old Ben gets ability block, offense down, and reduction in turn meter every match without fail.

On the other hand, your characters with higher potency will be resisted more often than not
