Palp becomes useless under Tenacity up and ClS lead counter
Solution
Zeta(1) At the start of each encounter Palp gains 20% TM for each rebel, jedi enemy and has a 20% chance per rebel, jedi enemy to gain foresight for two turns.
Zeta(2) At the start of each rebel, jedi enemy turn Palp gains 30% defense for each rebel,jedi enemy and empire, sith allies.
Zeta(3), (4) As said on top
Zeta(5) Palpatine basic, special, ability ignores buffs and protection, dispel all buffs on target enemy and inflict a debuff unique to buff,
Health -> Shock
Taunt -> Buff immunity
Offense -> Offense down
For each debuff on enemy add in the same amount of debuffs again....
You do this and Palps will be an overnight meta
