No. The devs hate dark side characters. Don't farm anything for dark side characters. They will be a waste of space, like all the existing dark side characters. MAYBE you will get lucky like with Thrawn, and he fits into a team of actually good light side characters!

You can't panic farm FO SF TP LMNOP or whatever his name is. He's going in a shipment that pops up rarely/randomly. KRU can be finished in 15 days with 3x100 refreshes from his 10 energy node. The alphabet pilot could take a couple months.

Snoke will likely be a Resistance legendary event. Him or Hux

Still working on 7* starck here, we all know guild store doesn’t refresh with the characters you NEED too often

Yeah, if he shows up as infrequently as Starck, it’s going to take a while.
