Panic Farming :) double drops?
For Thrawn of course....that would be very helpfull. Can we expect some help from CG?

That's the main barrier to anyone trying to get 6-7* Thrawn.
I have them all g8. Very easy thing. G9 needs some time but for Ezra and Sabine I am ready. But I can understand that it can be a challange. I am in good guild with support. I was doing in the same time gear for my empire team. Got 3 toons to g10. So this can be done. Thanks
Congrats on the G8, I wouldn't have expected that from someone playing as long as you have been. It's certainly doable if you're focusing on Phoenix, but as everyone needs mk3 cabs both in and outside of Phoenix, most players simply haven't prioritized them.
Re-reading some of your posts: if you're short on Sabine shards, double drops won't help much, as you'd get 5 refreshes a day on her single hard node and 90 is a lot of shards to get in that short of a time period (even from a double drop node). You'd be looking at about 2-4 per refresh. You might be able to supplement from Guild if she appears there, but overall you'll be dropping a lot of crystals on refreshes. The alternative is to bench Sabine and use the other 5, and that's not a bad alternative since she's the one people often bench anyway.
Double drops are pretty rare occurrences, and the only reason we got them the first time is because Phoenix was released to farm very close to the Thrawn event.
