Paz Omicron and ROTE P3 BKM SM
Why is the Paz omicron designed to be so useless in the designated LS Mandalorian SM/CMs in ROTE?
The mission itself is meh. There's a fail condition check where the Krayt can eat you and spit acid in the same turn, resulting in your character being unable to be returned to battle. It stinks, of course - completely removing player agency is a ***stupid*** choice - but whatever, not like that's anything new here, it is what it is.
What I *can't* reconcile, though, is there's a LS Mando toon with a TB omi, whose TB omi doesn't change the outcome of that battle (or, worse, the R9 Mandalorian CM on P4) at all. Paz's omicron is a literal waste of 20 materials - and given that I've applied every TB omicron so far, I would hope you'd trust my opinion on that. There has not yet been a mission P1-P5 that is made better by Paz's omi, at least not in any meaningful way.
The solution is simple - make Paz's omicron worth something - literally, worth anything in the designated LS Mando CM and SM.
That's it. That's the topic. Make an omicron that's otherwise completely worthless worth anything.
Well open to criticism and critique - if there's a mission you just can't win without Paz's omicron, I'd love to hear it. But it generally doesn't move the needle at all.
