I'd like to know what a "permanent" ban is according to CG and what qualifies for a permanent ban. I thought cheating was a cause for a perma ban but apparently one of the most prominent cheaters see...

A few notes that we have picked up over time:
- each case is evaluated on a case by case basis
- permanent means permanent there is no limits to a permanent ban
Personal side:
We had a cheater on our shard a while ago. Several reports were made, he was banned multiple time for increasing longer periods, until it hit a permanent threshold.
I dont believe there is a set recipe for how they deal with this.
