Perseverence and Merciless Massacre
Vader's MM and perseverence data disk has unintended interaction I think. When I use MM Vader attacks again and other targets lose the merciless target tag, so can't attack them

I remember the galactic challenge was glitching like that as well with Empire modifier. Sometimes Vaders was moving out of MM, sometimes not. You probably cant do anything about it
