Very useful information. That bit about speed down not affecting the toppled tank comes as a surprise to me though, I'd like to see this investigated further.
Great work.
Thank you.
So the phase 4 toppled tank speed is 88 or 89. A speed down would reduce its speed by 25% This makes it a 66 or 67 speed if it works. 67 X 4= 275, 66 X 4= 264,
Since my Jawa Engineer's speed is a 269, That would mean that he would be assured 4 turns in between topple and rise if a speed down was up and worked and the speed is 88. The numbers look like I wouldn't be assured a 4th turn if it was an 89 speed, but that's before the 45% tm gain from recalibrate is taken into account.
Since I always drop it on the 3rd turn, I would be assured 4 turns whether the speed is 88 or 89 if speed down works. If the speed was 90, I would be guaranteed not to take 3 turns between topple and rise since 269 < 270 = 90 x 3.
Basically, the fact that I always take 3 turns mathematically proves that speed down doesn't affect the toppled tank in P4 NAAT.
