On the event itself, many are indeed going off the rails about the impossibility of these farms, truthfully it is probably doable for most people if they started day 1, and decide to invest everything. Also assuming that ftp have a fairly decent arena rank, which I know it may be shocking, but the majority of players do not in the game, it's a matter of percentage, few are at the top, most are not. Kanan is taken for granted as being an easy farm. Not true for majority of players in the game who recieve 400 or less arena shop tokens per day. Again were talking majority. Forum users, especially posters, are usually in the top percentage in the game as far as rankings go. Don't make it seem like anyone can do this. Also, guild shop sabine is rng, Ezra and hera are having to split cantina time so they interfere with each other, and Ezra is also rng supplement in the ships store. So it's truly iffy, depending on release date, to the MAJORITY of players, not forum trolls who are probably in much better shape then the MAJORITY of players.
With that said, I think you overlook the real reason why people are unhappy. Pheonix forced into this equation having never been previously able to farm without a visa, thrown on us for a fan favorite thrawn. The packs are only 99.99 to get to five stars if you already purchased the 10 dollar packs the first time around, convenient right? Certainly not for MAJORITY of players. And the crystal packs are 5 bucks for probably 10 shards of 1 of the 6. It is probably done in this manner to test this kind of release system out, and if it is successful in making money, we will see it again in the future, but if this backlash is as harsh as it seems on forums, their wallet grab in the future will probably be toned down a bit. And while yes, whales will have the advantage and deservedly so, you paid your own money into a game to get it, the next time it comes around it should be easily doable considering how easy the farms are if you want it, this time not so much. And considering MAJORITY are not whales, nor want to throw huge investments into a possibility of something.
The complaints are valid, the defenders of this are valid, information you are providing very well may be helpful, but don't make it seem as though everyone can do it even if they completely devoted, because it is not guaranteed.
