PIT raid, why Phasma assist

I use Teebo, Wiggs, Phasma, QGJ. Most of the assist attack - QGJ, Biggs specials - are assisted by Phasma. It is about 65% of Phasma, 35% is QGJ and Teebo. Why is that? Is it a RNG or it depends on so...
