DN is an obvious example of an individual OP toon. The Phoenix Squadron is worthless individually, but the team as a whole at higher levels can actually become devastating.

There are three possible ways to level the playing field:

1) Beef up all the weaker players

2) Bring down all the OP players

3) Rework synergies that require specific allies to utilize OP moves and Grant similar moves and synergies to squads that lack such. (Example: DN's Annihilate move requires DN be the only surviving team member to use.) His offense is sick enough as it is, for Yoda's sakes...
