If you try asking, how did they get that loaned unit level, they don't say a word. 8 to 12 levels ahead,
I know a few folks that had the bug, then when it was resolved bought 5x pack, +2 extra single packs for crystals as well, regular episode pass and they are 12 loaned unit levels ahead. What did you guys at CG do? Literally screwed over half of the player base ... Nicely done. Completely incompetent developer team. I'm just going to switch after this era to free to play. F. this, what am I supporting, incompetence? CG_Meathead
So people were compensated, and then bought the packs. CG this is a huge problem. I won't be spending further if nothing is done about this either.
It doesn't help that their customer support doesn't even seem to respond. I submitted multiple tickets last era about various issues and never received so much as a "We received your ticket and will investigate it soon" nope just dead silence.
