Depends on when you started playing the game. If you started in 2015 and early 2016 (before dst started in march) daily refresh changes from midnight to 1am. If you started playing after dst in 2016 but before it switched back in the fall then your refreshes are going from 11pm to midnight now.

it depends on how CDO you are about the game. people are freaking out because they are so CDO about the game they might miss a refresh.

I get both sides. I play a couple different games like this, such as DC Legends, and TMNT Legends. In those, I'm 100% FTP and super casual. If I miss a day, no sweat. I play when I have time, and couldn't care less if they ignored DST. Star Wars is different story, however.

It's safe to say I'm obsessed with SWGoH. I've played every day since Nov 2015. I've only missed my refreshes a handful of times. I've spent at least $150, which is more than I probably should have. When you make that kind of investment, you want your money's worth. I get that if EA catered to every request, this game might be in shambles.
However, my main point is that wanting the devs to adjust for Daylight Savings is not an unreasonable request. Both DC and TMNT adjusted. There are a million other games with players worldwide that managed to make the change without messing anything up.
None of these aforementioned games are making anywhere near the $100k+/day SWGoH is. None of these games are powered by a billion dollar company. So when they say they can't perform simple tasks, like adjusting for DST, or switching a player's reward/energy times, it's perfectly reasonable to be upset.
