With ships being released, we're obviously getting Chewie and Han with their Millennium Falcon. Skins could allow us to have a rebel Chewie, without having to release a separate character (the main advantage of skins, besides the awesome looks). Also with ships, they could release pilot outfits, which would be a lot of fun.
