It's OK for TIE Dagger to prevent enemy Dark side ships from gaining bonus TM. But all they have to do is add an "except while there is an active enemy TIE Dagger".
Just let the 2 Daggers cancel out each other's TM prevention. Problem solved.
Ye could work. Tie Defend wouldnt beat Levi anymore (which feels CG:s true goal since Punisher can still beat Levi) and Sith Fighter is still great at mirror matches.
