Considering the rest of this history it looks more like a (swgoh.gg?) glitch to me than an attempt at cheating.
If he was cheating, why would he have lost vs Iden twice, timed-out then quit twice vs Leia, lost and quit vs Cere, etc etc ?
Look at the timestamps of battle submission before and after this battle
