Please improve Darth Vader

Here is the thing, vaders only use is his 1 shot (let's be honest). Without palp lead, that's gonna take 2 turns to do, and a bunch more for cooldown. With palpi it is better, but still a long cooldown. Wiggs is much faster and does the one shot like every other turn. It doesn't matter if you get 200k in 1 attack, because very few toons actually have 200k health. Reduce the cooldown or something, because he has high potential, but it takes too long to do it, and the potential is meaningless most of the time (let's be honest are you actually gonna try to kill a shoretrooper with insane health or wedge first who is squishy)
