Poe needs tenacity reverted

Poe needs a reversion to his tenacity. Have him resist every debuff naturally and heal on it!

That was what made me farm him in the first place. He has low HP. When you took that away, he lost much of his utility and identity. I understand the speed issue we had. That's gone.

His niche, or what made Poe awesome, was that resist and heal from Daka's basic et al.

Bring back the tenacity!
