points for fleet wins in tw

Is it actually possible to still get the 24 points that the UI says is max points for a fleet win in TW? I seem to cap at 22. 15? For a win, 7 for all my ships surviving. Seems like the point cap dropped with the fleet rework and they never updated the interface to match...

I had 5 ships out on at least one of my 22point wins, so i don't think it's that, unless you have to win without losing a ship or reinforcing?

Don't lose a ship, reinforce twice, and also make sure you still have 4 reinforcements after that ;)

But honestly, I don't think you can hit 24 anymore.
