Pop-up offers not in the Store

So I opened up my game, and as usual was met with a pop-up for some offer in the store, this time for some Zetas and Omegas for 1250 crystals. It didn't say how many, but I thought it might be worth checking it out as I'm in need of some zetas currently. Went to the store, and the offer was nowhere to be found. Checked the Data Cards section and Resources section, nothing. Anyone noticed the same or have any ideas?

    In addition, all these packs with fancy stuff that you gain only with a certain % of probability. This means to me "We know you want it but when we give it to you, we fear you get enough of it to not spend any more money on it". So they make this gamling to sell us same trash instead, hoping that we will keep purchasing until we get it. And packs without random content are unreasonably expensive.
