Portraits look to much alike

Adding wrong quigon in a team, i can understand that. Based of the portrait. But putting relic on the wrong one in character screen how?

Old one had lightsaber out in character screen and the new one hide hands behind a poncho.

Yeah, I added the wrong character to teams in battle on several occasions. Of course, being 50 and having glasses doesn't help either. But the problem got way worse after the updated graphics. If I played on a tablet or pc it wouldn't be an issue. But this is a mobile game, first and foremost, and the graphics aren't tailored to it.

The basic premise is still valid though.  I'm constantly making mistakes I didn't, or trying to swap mods around and have no idea whose portrait I'm viewing.  Players are making mistakes/having difficulties due to the change of portraits.  Yes, of course the blame can be put on the players for making mistakes.  However, we've gone from a position of not making mistakes to making mistakes due to an 'upgrade'.  This shouldn't be a thing.

If you're going to spend 3000 crystals than you definitely should be double checking everything before upgrading.

It's not on CG that you only went by a characters portrait and ignored everything else. Blaming them on this one is a stretch as was pointed out already

No I clicked on the other Quigon because I thought it was master quigon. I searched based on the looks of the portrait. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. I shouldn’t have to double check and reread the names to make sure I’m choosing the right character

I feel bad for you, but…. 

You didn’t apply the relic upgrades from the character’s portrait. You applied it from the character’s gear / ability / mod screen, which clearly states the character’s name. 

I think blaming CG for this is a stretch, and the main reason was your inattentiveness.
