(Possible) Wrong Relic levels on latest Era Char - SOLVED

I could be wrong on this so i haven't posted this in the bug section yet but: My latest Era characters have different Relic levels DESPITE they had the SAME Era levels (118) and equal star (5). You ...

you can see all your Era unit activity here. Looks like you only took Ronin to 116, which is why he’s only r1 now.

Thats what i thought, unless this time its different 118 should give R2.... I would ask the ingame "help" but.... ya know

  hmmm, I really thought i maxed everyone out... Guess i didn't have as much mats as i thought. I blame it on the boring repetitive nature of the colliseum, you start not to pay attention anymore.
