Potency - there is something wrong with that

Yesterday I play my resistance team on HAAT p2. I change my mods in RP and set up him 105% potency. My Finn have as I remember 60%. What was weird that Finn put expose on tank about 90% time. RP pu...

I've had this same question. This actually clears it up. I'll never buy another potency mod again. They seem like a HUGE waste of time now, if there's always a 15% chance regardless. That's a stupid rule to have in the game.
