Problem with purchase

I am trying to purchase LSB available in the web store, but I am getting the following message:
We're unable to process your order at this time due to technical issues. Please use another payment method or try again later.

I selected a different payment method, but the error still appears.

I had the same problem on the PC client. Next, I tried the web store on my iPad, and I got the “oops something went wrong” error. Finally, I tried the web store on my iPhone, and the order went through.
This may be client dependent.
