This happened and cannot do grounds all of a sudden

Same for me, was I the middle of trying to finish off a battle and an error occurred, told me to restart. Now I cannot continue because it's all locked out.

same here. say requires pass + (have) and fewer than max shards of Scythe (have less than max)

So basically another CG Screw up with zero time to fix for those of us experiencing issues? Sound about right?

Certainly sounds like it. I know it may seem futile, but please submit a bug report. They need to sort out the issues with PG+, there’s been a shocking record with it.

Where do I go to do that? I need to. Whole reason I bought the pass was for the extra attempts

The issue is conquest ended an hour early because of timing with dst. PG+ has to run with conquest is running. So since conquest ended and PG+ was still running, you couldn't do the event the last hour it ran.
