No rewards from Proving Ground

I 3 starred the Dark Trooper Moff Gideon proving ground in the most recent Proving Grounds event (12/9/2024). After I won, I got an error that forced me to restart the client. When I did, I didn’t receive any rewards for my victory, but the proving ground event was put on cool down and I had 3 stars on it (previously I had 0 stars).

I opened a support ticket, but they’ve run me in circles asking me for info that I’ve already provided them and then they gaslit me saying I was awarded the 20 shards yesterday. Like, no, I wasn’t. I’m looking at my character sitting at 0/330 shards. 
Hoping someone sees this and either a dev can look at the issue or a human support person can help me.
