DTMG at 58 is a crime. Cobb being higher than DTMG is a bigger crime.

Cry because proving grounds is punishment for you NOT getting a second mortgage to paying more money into the game to get the characters the first time around.  This is the epitome of FOMO punishment that CG has implemented.

If you can afford it, buy the smaller pack (the bigger pack is another scam) and you can max crate with it every time..

If you can, get the lightspeed pack that's 20 bucks?  That might boost you enough to get enough teams together.  Xaereth has good videos for max crate.

This is a good summary.  I do love my JMLS now with added Leia.  They do both need to be R8 / R9 to be deadly useful.  I’m enjoying using Efflux on every turn on every Jedi. 

I don't mind personal opinion.  I love both Old Master... and the guy Cal Kestis ended up entombing (is that a word?).  As of right now, my goal is just to get three stars on as many of them as I can.  So far, I have about a third to a half at three stars, but it is slow progress for the rest.  The battles are certainly more difficult, but not overwhelmingly so.  I can win all of them, it is just hard to do that when my Nightsister Acolyte wants to die one hit away from me getting three stars... so I often quit the battle and restart.  

Without wishing to come across as "Look at me!  My underpants are golden!!" I have no idea about Proving Grounds.  However, getting the Many Mums team and the GL Leia team sound very sound, to me.

However, I do have experience with the Conquest characters and these are my thoughts!  The higher the number the higher the priority for me.

1. Razor Crest.  It's needed for the third meta fleet.  It's also an unlock requirement for the Exec.  78/100
2. CAT.  When you knock CAT out in a JMK mirror match, it becomes easy.  She makes JMK so much better.  You can use her elsewhere (JMK being difficult to unlock now due to Wat).  Having that insta-kill is very useful.  Also GLAT unlock. 80/100
3. Maul.  I'm a massive Maul fan, more so than his probable worth.  You can use him on his own team or an UFU team.  81/100
4. Boba Fett Sion of Jango.  Was extremely poor, not bad in TW.  The newer BH have made him much better.  He's also a requirement for the new Mando GL.  As a character though, still not fantastic.  60/100
5. Tie interceptor.  Definitely makes the Empire fleet.  Empire are pretty useless without it.  However, it's not meta.  Not needed for any unlocks but often needed in RotE. 50/100
6. Darth Malgus.  The Sith Empire team is very useful.  You'll often use it even at the highest level.  It's not a meta team though.  He's needed for the Leviathan though and that is THE SHIP.  87/100
7. Ben Solo.  Ben has only 1 use and that is with Rey.  Rey though (with Ben) is aging very well.  It will always find a datacron to hurt you and stay relevant.  75/100
8. Scythe.  It's needed in RotE, but not that needed.  The Inquisitors is a very long winded farm.  Makes Tarkin's fleet a lot better but a lot of work for what it is.  47/100
9. Admiral Trench.  If you have him, he can be useful, especially in TW.  I dislike the Seppie characters he takes though.  I personally have done nothing with him.  20/100
10.  Fury Class Interceptor.  A leviathan ship, this is the meta.  86/100
11. Malicos.  I'm quite a big fan of Malicos.  He's not that good outside of GAC though and is stuck to 1 team, which is bad for an UFU.  74/100
12. Dark Trooper Moff Gideon.  Not needed for an unlock, but might be in the last set for GL Mando.  The team is...OK, it has its uses, but nowhere near meta.  58/100
13. Darth Bane.  Most definitely the pick of the bunch for being the most useful out of the box.  You don't need anything else (other than a Sith) for him to work.  He literally is a meta team.  It does feel though, that his absolute power isn't as bright as it was a year ago.  92/100

15. Luthen Rael.  Luthen feels like he'll stay useful.  Any meta rebel fighter that comes along, he'll make the team better.  73/100
16. Ezra Bridger.  One of the scariest characters in the game.  He's been nerfed so that he only works well on a spectre team.  He probably still works OK on other teams.  However with GLAT, he's an absolute monster.  87/100
17. DS Rey.  For me, SLKR is the sharpest tool in my offensive box.  DS Rey makes him even better and he's not a hard unlock.  86/100

21.  The Stranger.  His team is an absolute nightmare.  It's not quite as scary as when it first come on the scene, but still a much have.  86/100
22. Satele Shan.  If you Satele is bigger than the Stranger, she's the counter.  She can counter other things too.  A great offensive tool.  85/100
23.  Cobb Vanth is new and unlike the general power creep isn't meta.  He is useful though.  He saved me in the last GAC round agianst a pre-loaded team.  He's useful, but not as useful as he could have been.  59/100
24. Jedi Training Leia.  I'm not a fan of JML, of all the GLs I find him the most frustrating.  Leia does lift him considerably though.  He's equally useful in GAC, TW, Conquest and TB.  I bet though, I'm not finding this pair as fantastic as some swgoh-layers.  85/100

These are my thoughts on how high a priority (if everything is on the table) I find the characters.  There's a lot of personal opinion here (loving Maul/hating JML for example) though.
