Definitely bugged. Used JKL lead and on the attempt that he survived long enough the enemy speeds were not capped and no blue icon was applied. 9th Sister lead prevents this, not GI. Correct?
I finally was able to do it with JKL, JML, JKR, Hoda and GMY. Came down to JML and JKL wailing away at reva.
