I agree it’s about 2 years, I am at 3.5M non F2P at just over 18 months. Maybe if I had hit the fleet shard earlier with more crystals I may have a little more. I tried to level up today but depleting ship resources got me just 70,000. And I had already drained my credits by mod rolling the other day.

Same, could only squeeze out 100,000 gp from 30 mil credits and 15 mil ship building resources, still 300,000 short
