Personally, I think the 4m gp requirement is stupid (and i'm an almost 8m gp player). You can get shards of her from normal conquest, which doesn't require 4m gp. But clearly people have forgotten the days of waiting a year plus to get a 7* negotiator, 7* malelvolence, 7* gas, 7* malak.
