PSA - Regarding EA Help Advisors (in game)
Hello fellow gamers. I recently made a post under the techinical portion of the forums but I felt the need to put this here so more can see this. I'm not going to go over my case again in full detail...

Because EA help support is AI bots. I've even asked if they are a human or a bot and gotten no response. EA's running the "help" option for SWGOH, which means no help. Generally they tell you, "post to SWGOH forums to seek help there!" because the bot isn't there to help you, just tell you to shut up and go away.
EA spends even less on quality control than CG does.
