Not the first time they've done this. I wouldn't expect to get your crystals back. No harm in trying though.

Happened to me too. CG doing CG things, as usual.

Accelerated toons are 8 shards - 320, 16 shards - 640, 32 shards - 1280

Typical.

Didn't they change this for us a couple years ago to stop all the scrolling down to find those items.

Yeah, but they don't actually know what they're doing, so every now and then it gets reverted.

Theynused to be at the bottom of shipments but moved th to the top after much complaining

Alright, I don't write often but this really grind my gear. 2k+ cx gone for NOTHING but a useless update...
And the guys on the customer service who tell me "when you buy with your cristals there's no refund possible" is just priceless.

Give us back our cristals CG !

I’m not bothering. My expectations for this company are so low I’d rather not waste the time to be disappointed more than they already cause me to be on a daily basis.

I just won’t burn a bunch of crystals in cantina for the new ship now and have no reason to buy the packs to get it as high as I can.

Cause and effect.

I mean, I'm grateful that you guys found out the hard way for us. But no one is getting crystals back, because EA support cares even less than CG does.
