PSA: Last Tier Revan Shard missing [BUG REPORT]
Been waiting Months to get Revan and when I finally unlock him, the game resets and now I can't unlock or complete the final tier again. Has this happened to anyone else???

- I am joining the club. Already contacted the German customer support. They told me it's a known issue and they are working on a fix.

@misterjack this is sound advice. I'd remove that quickly. They need ally codes, not player ids, and on Answers HQ, not here. Nothing can be done here.- @ChristophIV @GambrinusKluk

It's 1am their time, they aren't gonna do anything about this until they get up, have some coffee and get into work, and that's not gonna be until after 8am sometime.

- I am heading into the office now to see if I can figure out what is happening. But please note it's around 2am here in California and I have no ability affect the version you all are playing. I'm just hoping I can provide more detail to the team when they get in in a few hours. If this happens to you it is helpful if you can try to approximate at what time you encountered the problem (and your timezone).
